"When a client casually drops names like Gucci, Dior, and Chanel into the conversation, you stop thinking “nice redesign” and start thinking “this interface needs to look like it belongs in the same room as those brands.”
Context
New Faces & Stars is an Italian talent agency focused on scouting & casting, supporting emerging and professional talent across acting, TV advertising, and fashion, with presence in Milan and Rome.
Their website isn’t just a brochure—it’s part of the agency’s credibility: it needs to communicate positioning fast, make navigation effortless, and present talent/work in a way that feels aligned with high-end industry expectations.
Overview
I redesigned the website’s UI/UX with an “industry-standard” approach: clearer information architecture, stronger hierarchy, and a more deliberate visual system that supports the brand’s role as a representation agency. The work focused on improving how visitors move through core areas like the agency narrative/manifesto, success stories, and contact pathways—while keeping the overall experience clean, confident, and editorial enough to fit the fashion and entertainment world.
Challenge
The main challenge was balancing two opposing needs: the site had to feel premium and curated (the kind of presence you expect from agencies operating in competitive casting environments), but also remain practical—easy to browse, quick to understand, and simple to act on.
On top of that, the content spans different audiences (talent applying, brands/productions browsing, partners checking credibility), so the UX had to reduce friction without flattening the brand’s personality.
Solution
I designed a more structured user journey: tighter page hierarchy, clearer entry points to the agency’s positioning and work, and UI patterns that support scanning (headings, spacing, content blocks) while maintaining a refined aesthetic. The result is a website that reads like a serious agency platform—confident, navigable, and better suited for presenting opportunities, stories, and credibility at a glance.
- Stronger site structure
- Faster content scanning
- More credible presence
